In 2011, one
of the most important drivers of online video views was mobile devices. Even YouTube and other sites have started tracking the videos people are watching on their mobile devices versus desktops.
Due to the
rapid growth of video watching on mobile devices, there seems to be a growing shift from
traditional advertising (i.e. print, TV, etc) to online advertising, especially through videos. The increase in online and mobile video
consumption as well as more social media platforms in which to view and share this video, has changed how businesses are advertising.
All that being said…we’re interested to hear from you. How, where and what are you watching online? Is there a difference between what you’re
watching on your desktop versus your iPad or smart phone?
